For over four years, we have been an official Odoo partner, following a documented standard—the Odoo Implementation Methodology—to ensure high-quality consulting services.
Beyond consulting, we also implement customizations and operate these solutions on our own B2B hosting platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for your own projects as an Odoo Consultant (m/f/d).
- Lead projects and act as the primary contact for customers.
- Advise clients on Odoo usage, highlighting new opportunities and process improvements.
- Conduct product demos to engage potential customers.
- Independently implement customer requirements in proof-of-concepts and requirements analyses.
- Define development tasks for our developer team and oversee the full implementation, including key-user training.
- Work closely with our in-house developer and consultant teams.
Required Skills
- A completed degree (university or applied sciences), e.g., in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting or Sales, or equivalent experience in Finance or ERP.
- Project management experience.
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, with a strong understanding of business processes.
- Commitment to continuous self-improvement and learning.
- Strong IT affinity, enthusiasm, and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strategic foresight.
- Fluent in German and English (business proficiency).
