About the Role
As a Data & Application Administrator, this position focuses on managing and improving automation processes within the company’s IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include optimizing ODOO, ensuring system efficiency, and maintaining data security. Collaboration with various departments will be key to enhancing workflow and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize multiple systems and applications while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze business processes related to automation and recommend enhancements.
- Provide technical support to colleagues and serve as the primary contact for system-related inquiries.
- Address incidents promptly and implement new or improved functionalities as needed.
- Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR, particularly in handling user access rights.
- Report to management and collaborate closely with operational and calculation teams.
- Maintain and enhance integrations between customer and supplier systems.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing ODOO.
- Proficiency in Linux (Debian-based), as company systems run on Ubuntu.
- Preferably experienced with Lightspeed (e-commerce) and Mailchimp (email campaigns).
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas.
- Competence in networking and scripting (Python/XML).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Hands-on approach, proactive mindset, and willingness to tackle technical challenges quickly.
