About the Role
Scrollit is searching for a Business Consultant who can analyze business processes, ask the right questions, and develop smart solutions using Odoo.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and improve business processes through workshops.
- Translate customer needs into effective Odoo solutions.
- Test, validate, and refine implementations.
- Train and support clients during transitions.
- Contribute to continuous innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT or a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus): MRP, Manufacturing, CRM, Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicative, proactive, and a team player.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with independent working ability.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
