About the Role
This position focuses on understanding business needs and designing Odoo-based solutions that align with them. As a technical expert, you’ll assess Odoo modules, identify customization requirements, and provide guidance to both customers and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Odoo solutions in customer projects.
- Consult clients on how to make the most of Odoo’s capabilities.
- Assess technical requirements and ensure the overall quality of solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business operations and the development team.
- Contribute to additional company projects based on interests and workload.
Requirements:
- Some prior experience with Odoo or a solid understanding of its structure and logic.
- Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English (Finnish is necessary for customer projects).
- Extensive experience with ERP systems and an understanding of business processes.
- An analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in areas such as Python programming, PostgreSQL databases, integration technologies, and Linux server environments (knowledge of JavaScript libraries is a plus).
- Experience in financial or banking integration architecture is highly valued, as the team is continuously enhancing SprintIT’s Odoo financial management package.
