About the Role
As an Odoo Project Coordinator, you will be the technical and functional point of contact for Odoo users at XLG. The role is a mix of support, system optimization, and project management, ensuring smooth operations and ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Support & Assistance
- Handle technical and functional support requests from XLG colleagues.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues with tailored solutions.
- Train and guide users to ensure effective adoption of Odoo functionalities.
2. System Optimization & Enhancement
- Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement adjustments to enhance Odoo’s performance.
- Participate in testing and deployment of new versions (currently V17).
3. Project Coordination & Management
- Lead optimization projects independently.
- Act as the bridge between users and the Odoo integrator.
- Organize and participate in strategic meetings on Odoo implementations and updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in ERP support and project management (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and assertiveness, able to manage expectations and set boundaries when needed.
- Well-organized, able to structure tasks and meet deadlines.
- Autonomous and proactive, taking charge of projects efficiently.
- Logical and structured mindset, able to handle complex and evolving environments.
- Ability to manage stress and respond professionally to user needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to XLG offices (mainly based in Suarlée, with visits to Evere, Jumet, Libramont, and Luxembourg).
