About the Role
As an ERP Odoo Project Manager within our ESN (Gold Odoo Integrator), you will be a key player in driving the success of our clients’ digital transformation projects. You will take full responsibility for managing Odoo implementation projects, from the study and design phase through to deployment and project follow-up. Your expertise in Odoo, combined with your project management skills, will enable you to lead complex projects and bring real value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Define project scope, set timelines, manage budgets and resources, and ensure milestone tracking.
- Client Needs Analysis: Lead functional workshops to understand client business processes and translate their needs into functional and technical specifications within Odoo.
- Solution Design: Propose customized Odoo solutions tailored to each client’s unique requirements in collaboration with technical teams.
- Odoo Configuration: Oversee or execute the configuration of various Odoo modules (sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, production, etc.).
- Team Coordination: Manage functional and technical consultant teams, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders (client, internal teams).
- Progress Tracking & Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement preventive and corrective action plans, and proactively communicate project progress.
- User Training & Support: Prepare and conduct training sessions for end-users on the Odoo solution.
- Support at Go-live & Ongoing Assistance: Provide quality support during the go-live phase and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Project Documentation: Write functional specifications, user guides, and other necessary documentation for project success.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing ERP implementation projects, preferably with expertise in Odoo.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Odoo and its various modules.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Recognized for strong communication skills, leadership, and the ability to unify teams.
- Client-focused with a high level of service orientation.
- Organized, independent, and able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A good command of technical English is a plus.
