About the Role
An ERP Consultant is needed to analyze business processes, implement ERP solutions, and oversee system deployment. This position requires close collaboration with clients to assess finance and business requirements, provide guidance, and offer support throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Review project scope and customer requirements
- Lead analysis workshops with clients
- Demonstrate ERP software features
- Define and estimate project tasks
- Install and configure ERP modules
- Customize modules using implementation tools (Studio, Automated Actions, Scheduled Actions)
- Import and migrate data
- Develop specifications and work with developers
- Train and support end users
- Follow established implementation methodologies
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and refine business processes
- Experience with ERP implementations and enterprise resource planning systems
- Understanding of finance and accounting principles
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, or Acumatica (Odoo experience is a plus)
- ERP certifications or related professional credentials
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients
- Project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
