About the Role
A company with a solid track record in implementing and maintaining IT systems, offering efficient solutions for business management, is looking for an Odoo Consultant to join its team in the Vallès Oriental area.
Responsibilies:

Analyzing client business needs to define optimal Odoo solutions.

Participating in the implementation and configuration of various modules (sales, CRM, accounting, purchasing, inventory, etc.).

Providing training and support to users.
-
Conducting functional testing and ensuring project quality before launch (DEMO).
-
Managing projects from start to finish in coordination with developers and the technical team.

Assisting in functional analysis and defining requirements for system customization.

Configuring the ERP according to each client’s specific needs.

Contributing continuous improvement ideas for processes and client workflows.

Managing implementation documentation and ensuring proper ERP functionality, including meeting minutes related to client consultations.
Requirements:

Official Odoo certification.

Previous experience in Odoo ERP implementation, preferably in SMEs.

Practical knowledge of key Odoo modules.

Analytical skills and customer-oriented approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience as an Odoo functional consultant.
Education:

Higher education related to the activity.
Languages:

English: B2
Preferred Requirements:

Intermediate knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, XML)
