About the Role

The role of Business Analyst / Functional Consultant provides an opportunity to elevate a career and contribute to a rapidly growing organization, with plans to expand the team in the coming years.

Responsibilities:

Analysis & Implementation: Map out client business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
Configuration & Optimization: Configure modules, align Odoo with customer needs, and guide clients through the transition process.
Development: Collaborate with development partners to design and deliver customized solutions.
Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and support the implementation of new workflows.
Project Management: Manage projects to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline, coordinating with clients, developers, and fellow consultants.

Qualifications:

Growth Mindset: Passionate about challenges and growing within a developing organization.
Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
Technical Insight: Understanding of software and business processes.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience. While ERP consulting experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Training in Odoo will be provided.
Autonomous Work Style: Capable of working independently in a dynamic environment with significant responsibility.
Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English; French is an added advantage.
Finance Knowledge: Basic finance knowledge will be acquired in the role, but prior knowledge is a bonus.
