About the Role
This position involves developing and customizing Odoo solutions based on client needs. The role requires leading technical decisions, working closely with functional consultants and clients, and contributing to technical best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo-based solutions for clients.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
- Work with functional consultants and clients to turn requirements into efficient, scalable solutions.
- Contribute to technical improvements and development standards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Odoo development (Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of Odoo’s structure and customization tools.
- Experience with custom modules and data migration.
- Ability to analyze requirements and collaborate with clients and functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to grow in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Odoo.sh and cloud environments.
- Proficiency in GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- API development and integration using native APIs and REST.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.
