About the Role
As an Odoo Developer, collaboration with business analysts will be key in customizing solutions to meet client needs. This role plays a major part in full-cycle Odoo implementation, ensuring seamless project execution. After an onboarding period, independent project management will quickly become part of the role. Working on larger projects as part of a team will also provide valuable learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Analyze functional specifications from Business Analysts and provide estimates.
- Assess client requirements to ensure technical compatibility with Odoo.
- Develop and test new Odoo features while maintaining previous developments across updates.
- Assist clients with installations and system configurations.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives and take part in strategic projects.
Requirements
- University degree or a strong professional background with proven technical expertise.
- 1–5 years of development experience.
- Ability to deliver high-quality support to colleagues and clients while adapting communication styles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving skills.
- Leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
- Valid category B driving license and work eligibility in Belgium (visa sponsorship unavailable).
