About the Role
The consultant will play a key role in guiding clients from needs assessment to solution development and implementation, ensuring high quality and performance throughout the process. A position is open for an Odoo Developer (H/F/X) with fluency in French and English to join a team specializing in Odoo development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients and the internal team to understand business needs and translate them into customized software solutions that integrate smoothly into existing systems.
- Design, develop, and implement new functionalities to improve client processes.
- Conduct rigorous testing to maintain application stability and reliability, preventing technical issues.
- Provide ongoing technical support post-deployment, ensuring quick and efficient issue resolution to minimize operational disruptions.
- Assist in user training and support to help with the adoption of new solutions.
- Stay updated with technological advancements to actively contribute to product improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Odoo module development and maintenance.
- Experience with Odoo 13 or earlier versions is a plus.
- Familiarity with Odoo standard modules (CRM, ERP, Sales, Purchases, Accounting, etc.) or other ERP systems.
- Fluency in French and good command of technical English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate future needs.
- Excellent communication, customer-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively, work independently, and think critically.
