About the Role
As an Odoo Developer at ODION GmbH, you will design and implement customized ERP solutions using Odoo, optimize processes, and integrate new features. You’ll collaborate with the team to tackle technical challenges, share your expertise, and contribute to the success of development projects. This role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: After a comprehensive onboarding phase, you will design tailored solutions for clients, implement, and optimize processes seamlessly integrated into Odoo.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute your expertise to the team and actively collaborate with colleagues.
- Programming: Leverage your strong Python skills and experience with Odoo to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Development Projects: Work on diverse and exciting Odoo development projects, optimizing existing implementations.
- Innovation: Contribute ideas and suggestions for improvements to both the software and the work environment.
Technical Skills:
- Odoo: Develop, customize, and integrate Odoo modules using strong Python knowledge (MVC, OOP).
- Odoo Framework: Work with various Odoo versions using frameworks like OWL, ORM, Workflows, Views, and QWeb.
- DevOps: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, deploy containerized applications with Docker.
- System Administration: Administer Linux-based systems, focusing on optimization, shell scripting, and troubleshooting.
- Cloud Services: Manage cloud services and tools.
- Networking & Security: Implement security procedures, manage SSL certificates, and system hardening.
Soft Skills:
- Experience with ERP system implementation or complex business software.
- Leadership aspirations within the development team.
- Excellent German language skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
