About the Role
The company is now looking to strengthen the team by hiring an experienced Odoo Technical-Functional Developer to manage the development and evolution of the central ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Maintenance:

Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of existing Odoo modules.

Design and deploy new modules to meet the specific needs of the business, leveraging the full potential of Odoo ERP.

Ensure optimal interoperability between Odoo and other information systems.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

Gather and analyze functional requirements from various departments.

Propose effective and scalable technical solutions.

Monitor developments closely and ensure quality assurance.

Create customized reports and dashboards to meet user-specific needs.
Support & Training:

Assist and train internal teams on using and evolving Odoo modules.

Actively identify and resolve bugs to ensure optimal ERP functionality.

Manage the maintenance, updates, and optimization of existing applications on the Odoo platform.

Implement proactive incident management to prevent service disruptions.

Write and maintain clear and accessible technical and functional documentation.
Requirements
-
Proven expertise in Python, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and associated web technologies, with full mastery of Odoo architecture.

In-depth knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, SQL, etc.), with the ability to optimize queries and manage databases efficiently.

Significant experience (at least 3 years) in Odoo development and deployment.

Ability to customize and integrate standard and business-specific modules.

Strong understanding of business processes, particularly:

Flow traceability.

Inventory and stock management.

Multi-entity billing and analytical reporting.

Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive in implementing solutions.

Excellent communicator, able to collaborate across departments to optimize internal processes.
