About the Role

Seidor is looking for a Developer Consultant-Odoo to join the Brussels team. As part of our collaborative expert knowledge units, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming business needs into technical solutions through Odoo. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and convert them into functional requirements.

• Work closely with Odoo developers for solution implementation.

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and oversee requirement reviews.

• Contribute to UAT planning and release planning.

• Ensure quality checks and offer 3rd level support, training, and demos.

• Assist with the deployment and configuration of the Odoo system.

• Draft technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements.

• Technical expertise in Odoo framework and software development lifecycle (GitHub, Docker, CI).

• Knowledge of PM², BPMN 2.0, and OCA Java SE 8 Programmer certifications is a plus.

• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum), with French as an asset.
