About the Role

This position involves analyzing business processes, configuring Odoo solutions, and guiding clients through implementation. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, providing strategic recommendations, ensuring software aligns with client needs, and delivering training. The role requires collaboration with both clients and internal teams while also offering room for independent work.

Responsibilities

Conduct workshops and surveys to analyze client business processes and determine how they can be implemented in Odoo.
Act as an advisory partner, working closely with clients to identify the most effective solutions.
Translate business needs into functional analysis to support technical colleagues.
Configure the software in collaboration with the client.
Test and validate developed solutions to ensure they align with client requests.
Provide training, documentation, and clear workflows to guide key users through implementation.
Work closely with colleagues, as implementations often involve multiple business functions.
Offer second-line support after successful implementation to maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of ERP processes.
Ability to communicate and develop solutions, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.
Willingness to tackle complex challenges.
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions, modules, and custom applications within ERP systems.
Odoo experience is a plus.
