As part of a new framework contract with a key European diplomatic institution, Leonardo Belgium is seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to contribute to strategic digital initiatives.

About the Role

This freelance-based role involves supporting the development and optimization of Odoo systems for a high-profile client. The position is hybrid, requiring both on-site and nearby presence in Brussels. Candidates must be eligible for Personal Security Clearance (PSC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and automate business workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Odoo implementations for performance and scalability
  • Provide maintenance and support, along with comprehensive technical documentation

Required Experience

  • Hands-on experience working with Odoo in large-scale environments
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and PostgreSQL
  • Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Knowledge of EU institutions or related frameworks is a plus
