About the Company

At Voltfang, we have set ourselves a mission, not just a goal. By 2030, we will retire the Weisweiler coal power plant and replace it with our connected energy storage systems. How? By constructing sustainable battery storage systems from recycled electric vehicle batteries, which we combine into a powerful virtual power plant. All of this is happening in the heart of Aachen, Germany.

About the Role

As part of our operations team, you will ensure that our sustainable energy storage solutions are installed at our clients’ locations with the highest quality and on time. We are currently expanding our team to increase our impact on climate protection. If you want to contribute, apply now and become part of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and further develop our ERP system, analyzing and optimizing processes to increase efficiency and transparency.

  • Identify and integrate new ERP functionalities to meet the growing business demands and market needs.

  • Conduct training and workshops for employees to ensure effective use of the ERP system.

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators and reports that provide short-, medium-, and long-term views on delivery capabilities, production capacity, and inventory trends.

  • Assist and contribute to strategic supply chain management activities at Voltfang.

  • Build and implement strategic and operational supply chain management tools.

  • Coordinate and optimize logistical processes and workflows.

  • Support inventory management and maintenance within the ERP system.

  • Work closely with production and deployment departments to ensure a smooth flow of goods.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Production.

  • Experience in project management and optimizing business processes in the supply chain, production, and quality environments.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and their application, especially in production and logistics processes.

  • Hands-on mentality, problem solver, and innovator.

  • Independent work style and strong teamwork skills.
