Role Overview
The ECRM Manager (Odoo ERP Specialist) will play a key role in managing and optimizing the company’s ECRM strategies, ensuring the smooth integration and operation of Odoo ERP across all departments. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine workflows, elevate customer engagement, and improve business efficiency through Odoo’s capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP and ECRM systems.
- Develop and manage ECRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Tailor Odoo ERP modules to align with business requirements across CRM, sales, inventory, finance, and marketing automation.
- Create and automate transactional email/SMS/WhatsApp communication for all stakeholders.
- Partner with IT, sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline business operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and automation within the ECRM system.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior and business performance.
- Train internal teams on Odoo ERP best practices and functionalities.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in ECRM and ERP technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ECRM management, ERP administration, or a similar role.
- Expertise in Odoo ERP, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of CRM strategies, automation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience with database management, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in Python, XML, or JavaScript (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
