As part of its ongoing digital transformation, the company is looking for a skilled ECRM Manager with expertise in Odoo ERP to enhance and streamline its enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems.

Role Overview

The ECRM Manager (Odoo ERP Specialist) will play a key role in managing and optimizing the company’s ECRM strategies, ensuring the smooth integration and operation of Odoo ERP across all departments. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine workflows, elevate customer engagement, and improve business efficiency through Odoo’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP and ECRM systems.
  • Develop and manage ECRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Tailor Odoo ERP modules to align with business requirements across CRM, sales, inventory, finance, and marketing automation.
  • Create and automate transactional email/SMS/WhatsApp communication for all stakeholders.
  • Partner with IT, sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline business operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and automation within the ECRM system.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior and business performance.
  • Train internal teams on Odoo ERP best practices and functionalities.
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in ECRM and ERP technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ECRM management, ERP administration, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in Odoo ERP, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM strategies, automation, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience with database management, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in Python, XML, or JavaScript (preferred).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
