About the Role
Klik Solutions is seeking an Odoo Implementation Engineer to support ERP deployments across various business sectors. This role involves configuring Odoo based on client needs, guiding them through the implementation process, and ensuring systems are optimized for long-term success. The position is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience with Odoo, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client workflows and tailor Odoo features to meet unique business needs
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to improve process efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multiple concurrent implementations
- Document configurations and create materials for internal and client reference
- Support user testing and assist clients through go-live stages
- Contribute to scheduling and planning by providing accurate time estimates
- Recommend ERP enhancements based on client feedback and evolving requirements
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience working with Odoo implementations
- 1–2 years of experience developing in Python
- Certification in Odoo 17 or 18 is a plus
- Experience with enterprise environments and Agile teams preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage tasks in a remote setup
- Capable of balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
