About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in Odoo implementations, guiding clients from intake to delivery and serving as their main point of contact. Your role goes beyond coordination — you will translate business needs into concrete solutions within Odoo, manage workshops, and provide strategic advice. You will be the link between clients and our technical team, identifying business processes and finding solutions within Odoo’s standard software. When custom development is needed, you will create clear specifications. Your leadership ensures that projects run smoothly, shine with smart choices, and are communicated effectively.

Requirements

A higher degree in business administration, IT management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in IT project management or as a business analyst is advantageous.

Familiarity with ERP systems and ideally experience with Odoo or accounting.

Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
