About the Role

We are a digital agency with nearly 20 years of successful growth and experience. Our focus is on e-commerce, search engine marketing, and the sales of SaaS solutions. We are looking to expand our team immediately. As an Odoo Project Manager, you will coordinate and lead Odoo-ERP projects. You will be responsible for implementing optimal solutions, ensuring the quality of projects, and providing training and support for existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Odoo-ERP projects for clients
Analyze business processes and develop optimal solutions with Odoo
Collaborate with internal teams (development, consulting) and clients
Ensure timely delivery and quality of projects
Provide training and support to existing clients
Conduct (online) workshops with new clients

Required Skills

Experience in digital project management
Experience working with Odoo-ERP
Knowledge of business processes (e-commerce, CRM, accounting, inventory, HR)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Structured working style and entrepreneurial mindset
Proficient in German (negotiation level) and excellent written and spoken English

Additional Qualifications

Completed education (HTL, FH, degree) in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, or process management
Project management certification
Industry knowledge or agency experience
