About the Role
Qida is seeking an experienced Odoo Senior Developer to take its ERP system to the next level. This role involves working closely with the CTO and Head of Transformation & Data & PM of Odoo in a multidisciplinary team, shaping digital solutions that enhance home care services and enable business scalability while maintaining top-tier quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Qida’s Odoo-based ERP, the core tool for operational teams.
- Collaborate on the organizational implementation of developed solutions.
- Ensure Odoo maintenance and support for a seamless workflow.
- Contribute to data strategy and robust data governance to support analytical capabilities.
- Drive process transformation for scalable operations while maintaining high-quality service.
- Design and implement workflows and tools across various company areas (marketing, caregiver recruitment, case management, administration).
- Ensure smooth integration of Odoo with external tools (telephony, email marketing, family communication platforms).
Requirements
- Passionate about making a social impact and motivated to create meaningful change.
- Ready to learn, adapt, and solve complex challenges in a dynamic startup.
- Strong communicator, able to work effectively across business, product, and development teams.
- Experience in agile methodologies and defining MVPs while maintaining a long-term vision.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP/CRM/HR/Reporting support or functional analysis.
- 3+ years of experience developing Odoo modules (Python, PostgreSQL, XML).
