About the Role
As an Odoo Software Developer, you will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining the ERP system (Odoo 15) at Rumos Consulting. You will be responsible for developing efficient and scalable software applications, collaborating with other developers and product managers to meet the needs of stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integrations with other systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience with Odoo (OpenERP).
- Strong knowledge of at least two of the following languages: Java, Python, .NET C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of best development practices (version control with Git, code structure, etc.).
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, as well as REST APIs, service-oriented development, and unit testing is highly valued.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Knowledge of best practices in security, performance, and scalability is a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese (required).
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- A desire to learn and grow technically.
