About the Role
Our client, a leading technology consulting firm, is looking for an Odoo Technical Lead to join an ongoing project and guide a development team in implementing business solutions. We are seeking a technical profile with mentoring capabilities, combining programming skills with leadership to drive team growth.
Responsibilities:

Lead the development of Odoo modules and customizations.

Program technical solutions while mentoring junior developers.

Ensure code quality and scalability of implementations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Manage system deployments, integrations, and migrations.
Technical skills:

Proven experience leading Odoo projects.

Proficiency in Python and associated frameworks (Odoo ORM).

Knowledge of ERP architectures and databases (PostgreSQL).

Ability to mentor teams and solve complex technical challenges.

Conversational English.
Experience:

5+ years in Odoo development, with at least 1 year in leadership roles.

Experience in hybrid environments (on-site/remote).
