About the Role
The goal is to develop exceptional digital products that delight customers and drive the transition toward more sustainable mobility. As an Odoo Developer, the responsibility will be to advance the technical development of the ERP system. With Python expertise, the transformation from a monolithic ERP system to a scalable, service-oriented structure will be supported, laying the foundation for innovative solutions in bike leasing and a positive societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize modules within the Odoo ERP system.
- Design and implement backend functionalities using Python.
- Contribute to the migration of functions into scalable services.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional product team, including Product, Tech, and UX.
- Ensure the quality, reusability, and testability of the code.
- Actively contribute to shaping an agile tech organization.
Required Skills
- Several years of experience in software development using Python, with a focus on Odoo.
- Knowledge of API design, event-based communication, and version control systems (Git).
- Enthusiasm for Clean Code and agile development methodologies.
- Experience in developing modular software components.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
- Proficiency in German (minimum B1 level).
