About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer to join our team and contribute to delivering successful projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and enjoys delivering top-tier solutions for clients. As an Odoo Developer, you will closely collaborate with the team to ensure project success while enhancing your technical expertise and understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Odoo Implementation: Lead the customization, development, and deployment of Odoo solutions. Analyze client requirements and translate them into tailored Odoo functionalities.
Development & Customization: Design and develop custom Odoo modules to enhance system functionality. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications via APIs. Optimize modules for scalability and performance.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Provide technical guidance and recommendations during implementation. Deliver technical training and support to client teams.
Project Leadership: Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to deliver complete Odoo solutions. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Mentor junior developers.
Quality Assurance & Support: Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality solutions. Provide post-implementation support. Maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and implementation. Proven track record in delivering successful Odoo projects.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Python and Odoo framework
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and workflows
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL
- Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, QWeb)
- Familiarity with Odoo deployment and server management
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Client-focused approach with attention to quality

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in a recent version of Odoo
Experience with multi-company or multi-country Odoo implementations
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Previous experience in Odoo consulting
