About the Role

RED Global is seeking a Senior Odoo Manager for a client undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. This role requires an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Odoo implementation projects and knowledge of other ERP/CRM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple phases of digital transformation projects using Odoo, including blueprint design, technical design, implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live.

• Serve as the primary senior consultant for Odoo-based digital journeys, overseeing client projects from start to finish.

• Contribute to business growth by identifying market needs, creating proposals, and exploring opportunities for development.

• Work with Belgian and international mid-market companies and scale-ups to support their digital transformation with Odoo and integrate it with other applications.

• Act as a subject matter expert in supply chain and production management, guiding teams on customer journeys, business needs, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Help expand the Odoo practice in Belgium and assist in its international growth.

• Manage senior-level stakeholder relationships with strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, or French.

Required Skills

• Several years of experience working with the Odoo platform.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a functional role in Odoo implementation projects.

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.

• Experience with ERP/CRM technologies other than Odoo is a plus.

• Relevant certifications are advantageous.

• Ability to translate business objectives and strategies into technical requirements.

• A strong background in supply chain management is preferred.
